Because these items are created to your specifications, Monogramalamode cannot accept returns of personalized or made-to-order items, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds of any kind. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us & we will do our best to resolve the issue that you have with your order. If there is an issue with your order & we are at fault, (initials are wrong, wrong size, etc.) We will gladly redo your order after we receive the item back, shipping on us. If the item was created wrong & the customer is at fault (wrong size sweatshirt, accidentally ordered the wrong color, etc.) we will charge a 50% restocking fee once we receive the item back at customer's cost. Item must be returned unworn & unwashed.
